Greetings! What a beautiful set of photos - those warm, cozy shades all hugging your girl...
I'm wondering about the hood that she is wearing, did you knit it? Is there a pattern available? I've knit a different hood which is nice and bulky, but a lighter version would be nice too.
I really enjoy your blog, we are a Waldorf family in Michigan so I really appreciate your enthusiasm and feel supported by your writings.
Wow! Your pumpkins look so orange!!! We hardly ever have ones like that where we are in Australia, orange inside, yes, but green or grey on the outside.
I love love love her outfit with all those orange pumpkins! I have boys - we don't get to do all the funky cute fabric. They saw two girls at the botanical gardens with funky pants on the other day, though, and had to actually go up and TOUCH the fabric...they were in awe! ;)
meike - yes, you'll have 3 more chances at getting an ostheimer - the next one starting tomorrow.
thanks, everyone, for the compliments on maya's outfit. :) the hood was made by etsy's lyalya. we have several and just love them! and maya's tunic was knitted by another etsian i love - ottermoondesigns. she also does amazing work. i'll try to get a better picture of maya in this beautiful tunic. :) her pants and sweater are oilily, another favorite of ours (manufactured in the netherlands). :)

P.S. I was so sad to have missed your first Ostheimer draw! I'll definitely be participating in the others. :)

These are great shots -- I adore Maya's clothes. Wow! Can you share details, especially about the hat and the little knitted pink tunic or dress?
