doll house...

maya has been enjoying her doll house a lot lately. as the weather turns cooler, her play turns more inward as well. and as we set about our tasks each day, i see these reflected in her play with her own little doll house family.

yours in doll house fun,

shelley

colleen - i bought all of our doll house furniture at our local waldorf school years ago. it's made by spiel & holz, but i believe they've now changed the style a bit from mine.

My goodness, the cuteness is overwhelming. I already commented over on flickr. We are so in need of some little cradles like those!! My, my.

Even if Munchkin never gets into dolls houses I will have to get one just like yours so I can relive my own childhood fantasies ..

So lovely. Maybe a little difficult to make the standing wooden figures sit on the sweet little wooden chairs, though. :-)hehe

I adore the simplicity and beauty of a Waldorf style doll house and i've so enjoyed making on for my little one as well! I just finished another house(but a different version from the first) for our Waldorf school auction. It was So hard to part with it the morning after finishing it!
I love that Lo gets so much joy from it.
